Frequently asked questions
Yes, billing is based on expenditure and handling costs.
Metals of all kinds, organic materials such as wood and leather, plastics and textiles.
Yes, approval is based on a sample part, which is sent to you by picture or post.
To process your order, we required graphics in vector format.
We engrave logos, complex graphics or artwork, for example. Texts, serial numbers and 1D and 2D codes (e.g. DataMatrix codes) can also be easily implemented.
The products can also be personalised or individualised. The data can be conveniently read out via Excel list or text file.
In principle, all materials can be lasered in colour gradations and intensities (single colour). With plastics, it is possible to use special additives for colour marking (e.g. red, blue, yellow, green).
On some metals, such as stainless steel or titanium, it is even possible to realise the complete annealing spectrum, e.g. red, black, yellow, etc.. Different ‘colours’ can be created using different labelling methods.
Thanks to our open systems, we have a processing area of up to 300mm x 300mm.
Once the order has been clarified, we can usually dispatch within 5 working days. Transport times are not part of the delivery time.
