Integration laser
Integration Laser - LMI Series
With the LMI series, we have the perfect marking solution for any installation situation. Depending on the required wavelength and marking task, we produce the LMI specifically to your needs. As a compact fiber laser, as well as a green, CO2, or UV laser. In addition to our powerful laser software and the standard customer I/O interface, we also offer many other options for integrating the laser into customer or integrator systems. By using special and high-quality components, we ensure the longevity and high reliability of our laser systems.
LMI - Fiber Laser System
An angle-adjustable laser head, as well as a laser control unit in a practical 19" rackmount, simplify integration. The laser head is mounted via keyhole slots, allowing the laser to be easily moved and adjusted.
All laser systems have an active and monitored safety device and comply with PLe (Performance Level e).

Laser marker light source
The LMI integration lasers can be equipped with the following wavelengths:
- 1064nm Fiber Laser
- Green laser with 532nm
- UV Laser with 355nm
- CO2 Laser with 10600nm
The choice of the correct wavelength depends on both the material and the desired marking result. For example, a CO2 laser can be used to create fast, tone-on-tone markings on almost any plastic. In contrast, high-contrast and even colored markings are achieved with a UV or fiber laser.
No matter which area you are interested in, we will advise you individually and competently to ensure you receive the perfect solution.
"Marking-on-the-Fly” Laser Marker
One of the biggest advantages of LMI laser markers is the ability to mark products directly during the ongoing process:
- Laser markers in „Marking on the Fly“ Labeling while the product is in motion
- Support for conveyor belt and production speeds up to 500 m/min for maximum throughput rates
- Ideal for packaging processes, high-speed manufacturing, and series production
With this, the LMI Laser Marker an efficient inline labeling – completely without production stoppage.

Engravable materials for laser engraver
Which materials can be labeled:
- Metals
- Alloys
- Coatings
- Lack
- Plastics
- Ceramics
- Leather
- Slides
- Glass
- Minerals
- Wood
- and much more
Stainless steel, steel, copper, brass, and aluminum can be very well engraved with a fiber laser, whereas a CO2 or UV laser is used for wood.
Data & Content
The LMI Series Laser Markers are ideally suited for a wide variety of labeling tasks such as logos, text, serial numbers, variable data, image engraving, as well as barcodes and 2D codes (e.g., DataMatrix or QR code).
Thanks to integrated software Laser engraver Automatically read data from text or Excel files. The label content is transferred line by line or column by column and processed directly – also for code creation.
This way, the LMI Series Laser Markers an efficient and automated series labeling.
