Built for your specific requirements

In addition to our standard systems, we also manufacture customised laser marking systems according to your wishes. Thanks to our in-house software and design department, we can customise your system directly to your specific requirements.

For systems integrated into existing production lines, we will assess your system on site and work with you to determine the most effective labelling solution.

Customer projects laser labelling systems

In the following sections you will find three selected customer projects with specific labelling requirements. Our engineering department designs each laser engraving machine individually and can therefore optimise the systems for each production.

Marking laser with slide-in drawbar

This laser labelling system has almost the same basic dimensions as the LMG workstation.

The special feature here is that the components are inserted outside the laser cabin. For this purpose, a customised component insert was manufactured for the customer, which can hold a total of 4 components. The components are picked up completely automatically by a robot, which inserts the parts precisely.

Once the insert has been successfully loaded, the labelling process is started with the software. The insertion runs completely automatically via a so-called carriage pull and the laser process only starts when the housing is completely closed.

Two-hand release

With the two-hand release, the labelling process is started by pressing the two start buttons simultaneously. The automatic lift door closes first and then activates the marking process.

The marking laser has a particularly fast lift door closure to save valuable cycle time. The two-hand release serves as a safety measure for manual operation.

However, the laser marking system is used for automated labelling. Here, a cylindrical part is placed directly from the injection moulding cell onto the rotary unit by robot handling and the marking process is started.

Marking on the Fly for laser labelling systems

Marking on the fly systems are ideal for labelling components quickly and efficiently.

An automatic conveyor belt runs directly through the laser cabin. Components are recognised with the help of a light barrier sensor, which automatically starts the rapid marking process.

The decisive advantage of this laser labelling system - time savings:

  • Handling time for individual parts is eliminated
  • Shorter throughput times
  • Lightning-fast data transfer

An interface connection to your software is easily possible thanks to our own software development and guarantees data transmission in real time.

With this type of laser labelling system, belt speeds of up to 500 m per minute can be achieved.

The system in the video on the left labels 45,000 closures per hour with a customised promotional code.

Depending on the quantity and existing production, a workstation can also be considered as a laser labelling system - find out more about:

Software integration & service packages for marking lasers

Our laser marking systems are not only technologically advanced, but also extremely user-friendly. With intuitive user interfaces and simple operating concepts, even inexperienced operators can set up and operate the systems with ease. In addition, our systems are designed for durability and reliability to ensure continuous performance even under the most demanding operating conditions.

beLaserMark

Our in-house beLaserMark software is available in several languages and enables up to 6 lasers to be controlled simultaneously via one interface. The interface connection to your existing systems is easily possible thanks to our own software development. A camera view can be integrated as an option so that you always have the components in your laser marking system in view.

3-D laser system

Our scan heads are designed for very high throughput rates and maximum precision and can also compensate for height differences of up to 80 mm. Roundings, curves and objects with abstract geometries are no challenge for our 3D laser systems.

Our Highspeed and Low Drift Scanner Technology is available in 2D and 3D.

Maintenance and service package for all-round protection

When it comes to maximising the performance of your laser marking system, reliable maintenance and comprehensive service is crucial. We offer customised solutions to ensure that your system is always operational and efficient.

Our maintenance service for marking systems includes regular inspections, during which our technicians check every detail of your system. From checking optical components to calibrating laser parameters, every component is carefully monitored to ensure optimum performance.

You can choose between the following service packages:
