Laser marking machine LMG-IND
The customised laser labelling solution for your production
As an all-rounder, the LMG-IND laser marking machine has numerous advantages for optimising your production. This marking system is customised to your requirements. This means that it can be easily integrated into existing production lines and we can adapt your laser marking system with millimetre precision even if space is limited.

Choose from 4 possible beam sources - to achieve optimum marking results on any material, there is a choice between fibre, UV, green or CO2 lasers.
Lightning fast and precise - thanks to the integration of conveyor belts, product labelling can take place during movement - as if on the fly without additional effort.
Longer components? - The laser cabin can be loaded from the side using a brush curtain. Ideal for labelling cable ducts, pipes, hoses, etc.

Precise alignment
Thanks to the integrated camera, your component can be optimally positioned and offers immediate visual control.
Shorter lead time
The automatic lifting door simplifies the handling and operation of the laser system enormously. The automated closing of the laser cabin saves you valuable time when processing your components.
Enlarged labelling field
Thanks to the large laser cabin, you can realise markings of 600 mm x 700 mm.

Laser beam sources
A high-quality marking laser can make a big difference to the efficiency and accuracy of your marking projects. Choosing the right laser engraving machine, including the right beam source, is crucial when it comes to the precision and quality of your laser markings.
Depending on the beam source, abrasion-resistant laser marking is suitable for the following materials, among others:
Alloys | Metals | Coatings |
Plastics | Paints | Ceramics |
Foils | Glass | Leather |
Woods | Minerals | and much more |
A fibre laser is ideal for marking all types of metals and plastics. The CO2 laser achieves tone-on-tone labelling on plastics and is suitable for organic materials. UV and green lasers are characterised by a low wavelength and are used in the plastics sector.
We would be happy to test your products and determine the optimum beam source for you. Request your free sample laser treatment today.
Your customised laser marking machine
Every production has individual requirements - be it an enlarged insertion compartment, side loading or an immediate check of the labelling field.
We take your existing production systems into account and build a perfectly customised laser marking machine - individually for you.
We don't find the right laser - we build it!
In the following sections, you will find an explanation of the various add-ons and their possible applications.

Standard systems often have a limited marking area in the laser cabin and are tied to predetermined marking field sizes.
The lateral through-loading of the LMG laser engraving machine makes it possible to precisely mark even longer components.
Ideally suited for labelling:
- Cable ducts
- profiles
- pipes
- Hoses and cables
- and much more.

The laser engraving machine is loaded via the side insert with a brush curtain. The component can be optimally aligned using positioning aids.
Depending on the beam source, a wide variety of materials can be permanently marked here, such as
- metals
- plastics
- alloys
- coatings
- wood
- and many other materials

In addition to manual loading and unloading of the laser marking machine, there is also the option of integrating a conveyor belt.
Advantage: Improved throughput time, as you save valuable handling time with automated conveyor belts.
The speed can be adapted to existing production lines and any production downtime can be avoided.
Laser engraving machine for promotional codes. Marking is carried out with a fibre laser during movement (marking on the fly). Here, approx. 45,000 caps/hour are marked with a customised 8-digit code.
Our laser engraving machines are manufactured in our in-house special machine construction department with integrated software development. Customised labelling solutions for every marking application, for example:
- Robot-guided labelling lasers
- Marking on the Fly laser
- Software solutions
- Creation of various interfaces and connection options (ProfiNET, Modbus, etc.)

The edge labelling of components poses challenges even for laser engraving machines with side loading. 2 reasons are decisive here:
- The component is too high for the side slot
- The minimum distance to the laser lens cannot be maintained
The solution here is a hidden compartment in the labelling area, which can be opened as required. Longer components can be lowered into the shaft and positioned under the laser.
The parameters of the laser engraving machine can be set as usual. All other functions remain unaffected and the active labelling process can be started. After labelling, the slide-in compartment can be easily closed again. Please contact us for a non-binding initial consultation.

Handling is a not insignificant time factor in component labelling. This quickly adds up and becomes a cost driver, especially with large quantities.
We offer the option of an automatic lifting door for all laser engraving machines. This saves time and costs in the series production process.
The safety door closes at the touch of a button and triggers the marking process automatically. Once the marking process is complete, the door opens again automatically.

Laser labelling during movement
With laser labelling, the products to be marked do not always have to be stationary under the laser. They can also be labelled with the laser while in motion. Thanks to special pulse generators, the laser engraving machine always knows the exact belt or product speed and automatically adjusts to changes.
A typical application is the laser labelling of best-before dates in the filling of drinks bottles. Our lasers can mark products at a speed of up to 500 metres per minute.

The 360° rotation unit for laser engraving machines enables you to mark rounded surfaces precisely and in detail.
Flexible clamping units in the laser cabin can be customised to your products. This is supported by a software-controlled marking surface for millimetre-precise adjustment.
Ideal for permanent labelling of:
- Car interior controls
- Packaging of any kind
- Tubes
- Round profiles
- and many other applications

The LMG IND laser engraving machine can be optionally equipped with an autofocus. This is particularly ideal if components with different heights need to be labelled.
Using a reference point, the lens height can be adjusted at the touch of a button and high-quality laser markings can be permanently achieved.
The autofocus shortens your set-up times enormously, as there is no need for manual axis adjustment using software and the next processing operation can start immediately.

An additional integrated X-axis or combined with a Y-axis not only provides you with an enlarged labelling field, but also maximum flexibility for your laser marking.
The laser is guided above the product in all three dimensions, meaning that the entire labelling area of the laser engraving machine is available for components.
Your benefits at a glance:
- Up to 2 additional X / Y axes for positioning
- Extremely high positioning capability
- Enlarged labelling field

3 axes are not enough for you?
You can reach almost every angle of your product with a robot handling system for your laser engraving machine. A 4- to 6-axis robot can guide the laser head freely in the laser cabin, allowing you to reach every last corner of the labelling.

Software and interface connection
The performance of a laser engraving machine depends not only on the optical peripherals used, but also to a large extent on the control system and software used. beLaserMark is one of the most powerful and universally applicable on the market:
- Multilingual
- Updateable even when changing operating system
- Up to 6 lasers simultaneously via one software interface!
- Strong import filter
- Many connection options
Background camera - everything in view
Positioning is even easier with the camera function in beLaserMark! The working area is captured by an integrated camera and displayed in beLaserMark in real time. This allows you to easily position the desired laser image on the object to be marked without the need for an adjustment unit. Aiming and positioning lasers are always included as standard alongside the camera view option.

3D laser system
Curves or objects with extreme geometries are no challenge for our 3D laser systems.
Height differences of up to 80 mm can be compensated without moving the component or the laser head. Our scan heads are designed for maximum throughput rates and precision.
Highspeed and low drift Scanner technology - 2D and 3D.
