Technical Details LMF Pro

The LMF Pro impresses with its numerous expansion possibilities and is particularly designed for series production. Furthermore, the system is also available as a UV laser, which allows for precise and gentle processing of additional materials, such as sensitive plastics.
Another variation is the LMF Pro XL. The LMF Pro XL 800 offers a generous labeling area of up to 750 x 220 mm and is ideal for larger workpieces or higher production volumes.

Materials for the LMF "pro" laser engraver"
The LMF „Pro“ laser engraver features a high wavelength of 1064 nm, making it particularly suitable for robust surfaces such as metals, coatings, and high-contrast plastic markings. This makes it the optimal choice for marking DataMatrix codes, nameplates, and serial numbers.
The optional Pulse-Width Modulation (MOPA) enables deep black contrasts on anodized aluminum – ideal for medical technology and electronics labeling.
Numerous expansion options
To help you get the most out of your laser engraving machine, the „Pro“ version of the LMF offers numerous add-ons to make your workflows as efficient as possible.
With the optional Rotation unit can be round or cylindrical components precise engraving. The Laser engraver enables millimeter-precise marking through software-controlled 360° positioning – ideal for plastic containers (e.g., as used in the cosmetics industry) or technical components.
Longer components often don't fit in the laser cabin and therefore cannot be easily labeled. The optional side pass-through of our labeling lasers offers you the possibility to optimally align your components for the laser through the side brush curtain.
beLaserMark also allows for complex combinations of serial numbers, which can be automatically reset in certain cycles (e.g., every day, every shift, etc.). Likewise, all laser-marked content can be tracked, making it possible to trace what was laser-marked, when, and by whom at any time.
For larger components:
Labeling laser LMF Pro XL800
The LMF Pro is also available as a variant with an enlarged labeling area. By integrating a movable X-axis, the processing area could be impressively 800 mm width can be expanded. This solution is ideal for marking large-format components or for multiple labels in a single operation – efficiently, precisely, and without manual repositioning.
The automatic lifting door has been adapted accordingly to the enlarged labeling area and allows for easy insertion of the components.
