Technical Details LMF Pro XL 800
The LMF Pro XL 800 particularly impresses with its extremely large laser cabin. This allows components measuring 800 mm x 550 mm to be placed in the system. The marking field of 750 mm x 220 mm is ideal for marking multiple workpieces or large components.
The XL 800 is available as a MOPA fiber laser system for all metals and many plastics. Additionally, a UV laser version is also available for sensitive plastics, for example.
If a smaller labeling field is sufficient, but expansion options like software integration, a 3D laser head, etc. are still required, then the little brother LMF Pro an ideal alternative.

What materials can be engraved?
The LMF „Pro“ XL800 laser engraver operates at a wavelength of 1064 nm, making it particularly suitable for durable materials such as metals, coatings, and high-contrast plastic markings. A UV laser is also available as an optional light source, which is ideal for sensitive materials. This makes the system the optimal solution for marking DataMatrix codes, nameplates, and serial numbers – even on large components.



Maximum contrast thanks to MOPA technology
Optional pulse-width modulation allows for particularly dark, precise markings on anodized aluminum – ideal for applications in the medical and electronics industries.
Expansion possibilities for laser marking systems
To help you unlock the full potential of your labeling laser, numerous extensions are available that can make your work processes particularly efficient.
With the optional rotation unit, round and cylindrical components can also be precisely processed on the LMF „Pro“ XL800. Thanks to software-controlled 360° positioning, the laser engraver enables exact marking, ideal for large plastic containers as well as demanding technical components.
Long workpieces in particular are difficult to position and process in many laser cabins. With the LMF „Pro“ XL800, the optional side pass-through allows for convenient feeding, so that components can be optimally aligned and precisely marked through the lateral brush curtain.
The laser software also enables complex serial number logic for the LMF „Pro“ XL800, which automatically resets at defined intervals such as daily or per shift. Furthermore, all laser-engraved content can be documented seamlessly, making it traceable at any time as to when, what, and by whom it was inscribed.
