We are also happy to put together an individual laser engraving system for your application. Enlarged lifting door, insertion compartment for edge marking, autofocus, and a marking area of up to 600 x 600 mm are just some of the options available to you.

Optimal light source for your application

The selection of the correct wavelength depends on both the material and the desired marking result. For example, a CO² laser can be used to create a fast marking on almost any plastic. However, this usually results in a tone-on-tone marking. With a UV laser or a fiber laser, on the other hand, a strong contrast can be achieved. No matter which area you are interested in – we will provide you with individual and competent advice so that you can get the perfect laser engraving machine for your needs.

Depending on the beam source, you can engrave the following materials with your labeling laser:

Metals
Alloys
Coatings

Lack

Plastics

Ceramics

Slides

Glass

Leather

Wood

Minerals

et al.

For example, a fiber laser is very good at marking stainless steel, steel, copper, brass, and aluminum. A CO² or UV laser is used for wood. Therefore, our laser engraving machines can be used with the following four wavelengths be equipped

High-contrast laser marking on natural anodized aluminum without damaging the corrosion layer

fiber laser

  • Wavelength range: 1064 nm
  • High contrast strength
  • Typical applications include metal engraving, high-contrast plastic marking, and coatings.
  • Pulse width modulation MOPA enables black marking on anodized aluminum
A tone-on-tone labeling of plastic bottles with the CO2 laser

CO2 laser

  • Wavelength range: 10,600 nm
  • IR laser with the highest wavelength
  • Very fast marking speed for tone-on-tone labeling
  • Also known as a gas laser or carbon dioxide laser
  • Application areas are primarily in the pharmaceutical and food industries

UV laser

  • Wavelength range: 355 nm
  • Photochemical process – reaction upon exposure to light
  • Also called „cold marking,“ this prevents thermal deformation
  • Best suited for sensitive materials such as glass and plastics (without laser additives), e.g. mains plugs

Green laser

  • Wavelength range: 532 nm
  • Thermochemical laser process
  • Short wavelength reduces thermal response
  • Ideal for 3D glass engraving, sensitive plastic surfaces

Laser Marking System LMG Extensions

To help you get the most out of your laser etching machine, the LMF „Pro“ version comes with numerous add-ons to make your work processes as efficient as possible.

Automatic sliding door at the LMG-IND and background camera

The marking process starts automatically after closing the laser protective door. The marking process can be monitored in real-time on the screen via the built-in camera. The camera option also allows for quick and convenient setup, as the object to be marked is displayed in real-time in the laser software via the camera. The marking graphic can thus be easily superimposed and positioned on the depicted object.

Side loading

The optional side loading feature makes the laser engraving machine particularly flexible in its use, as long or bulky components can also be processed without difficulty. Workpieces can be conveniently fed in from the side and precisely positioned without interrupting workflows. This makes the laser engraving machine ideal for industrial applications where efficiency and continuous processes are crucial.

beLaserMark Marking Software

The innovative software offers not only a real-time preview but also seamless integration with existing systems. This allows the laser engraving device to be optimally integrated into your production processes, providing maximum flexibility for changing requirements.
