The large front door allows you to use components up to 400 x 450 mm in size with a labelling area of up to 220 mm x 220 mm.

Longer components?

Lateral through-loading is available as an option for your longer components. Thanks to a brush curtain, this also allows you to precisely label longer components.

Depending on the requirements, a nominal output of up to 60 W is possible.

Compared to its little brother ‘Easy’, the LMF ‘Pro’ laser etching machine is designed for continuous operation and speeds up your handling many times over thanks to its automatic lifting door.

Rotation unit

Easy labelling in all directions! Thanks to our 360° rotation unit for precise marking of round surfaces. The clamping units can be flexibly and individually customised to your products. In addition, software-controlled positioning enables millimetre-precise adjustment.

Side-loading laser etching machine

Side-loading

Longer components often have no space in the laser cabin and therefore, cannot simply be labelled. The optional side through-loading of our laser engraving machine offers you the opportunity to optimally align your components for the laser using the side brush curtain.

beLaserMark Software

beLaserMark also allows complex combinations of serial numbers, which are automatically reset in certain cycles (every day, every shift, etc.), for example. All lasered content can also be tracked so that it is always possible to trace what was lasered, when and by whom.

The LMF ‘Pro’ laser etching machine has a high wavelength of 1064 nm and is therefore particularly suitable for robust surfaces such as metals, coatings and high-contrast plastic markings. This makes it the ideal choice for marking DataMatrix codes, type plates and serial numbers.

    Strong contrast with MOPA pulse width modulation

    MOPA offers the possibility of marking anodised aluminium black, for example. This process is often used in the medical industry. This is achieved by specific and independent adjustment of the laser parameters, meaning that the laser beam is emitted in pulses.
