Customer projects laser marking systems
In the following sections, you will find three selected customer projects with specific labeling requirements. Our engineering department designs each laser engraving machine individually and can optimally adapt the systems to each production.
This laser marking system has almost the identical basic dimensions as the LMG Workstation.
The special feature here is that the components are inserted outside the laser cabin. For this purpose, a custom component fixture was manufactured for the customer, which can hold a total of 4 components. The component loading is completely automatic, carried out by a robot that inserts the parts with precision.
After the module has been successfully loaded, the labeling process is started with the software. The feeding is completely automatic via a so-called carriage feed, and the laser process only starts when the housing is completely closed.
With two-hand activation, the labeling process is started by simultaneously pressing the two start buttons. The automatic sliding door then closes, activating the marking process.
The labeling laser has a particularly fast-closing shuttle door to protect valuable save cycle time. The two-hand control serves as a safety measure for manual operation.
However, the laser marking system is used for automated marking. In this process, a cylindrical part is placed directly from the injection molding cell onto the rotation unit by robotic handling, and the marking process is started.

An automatic conveyor belt runs directly through the laser cabin. Component detection is carried out using a light barrier sensor, which automatically starts the rapid labeling process.

Our in-house software beLaserMark is available in multiple languages and allows you to control up to 6 lasers simultaneously through one interface. The interface connection to your existing systems is easily possible thanks to our in-house software development. Optionally, a camera view can be integrated, so you always have the components in your laser marking system in view.
3D Laser System
Our scanner heads are designed for very high throughput rates and maximum precision, and can also compensate for height differences of up to 80mm. Curves, bends, and objects with abstract geometries pose no challenge for our 3D laser systems.
Our High-Speed and Low-Drift Scanner Technology is available in 2D and 3D.
