The „F“ stands for fiber laser technology and guarantees precise, permanent results. The LMF Easy XL is the ideal entry into laser marking with an expanded working area and is perfectly suited for small to medium batch sizes and flexible applications. As a laser marker of laser protection class 1, the system can be operated safely without the need for a laser safety officer.

Materials for the Easy XL laser marker
The fiber laser has a high wavelength of 1064 nm, making it particularly suitable for harder surfaces such as Metals, Coatings or also high-contrast plastic markings – Ideal for DataMatrix codes, nameplates, and serial numbers.
Maximum flexibility with MOPA pulse width modulation.
The laser beam's light is emitted in pulses, and this pulse duration is fixed in standardized devices. MOPA pulse width modulation allows you to set the laser parameters specifically and independently. For example, MOPA allows for black marking of anodized aluminum, as is common in the marking of medical devices.

Laser marker expansion possibilities
To fully leverage the potential of your laser engraving machine, the LMF „Easy XL“ variant offers numerous expansions that allow you to design your processes particularly efficiently.
With the optionally available rotation unit, round and cylindrical components can also be engraved precisely. Thanks to software-based 360° positioning, the laser engraver enables precise marking down to the last detail – ideal for plastic containers, for example in the cosmetics industry, as well as for technical components.
The laser software also enables complex combinations of serial numbers that can be automatically reset at defined intervals (daily, per shift, etc.), for example. Additionally, all lasered content can be tracked seamlessly, so it’s always visible what was processed, when, and by whom.
For even larger components and more laser area
For applications with large components or enlarged labeling areas, the LMF Pro XL800 is the ideal solution. The system was specifically developed for large-format workpieces and impresses with its precise results, high process stability, and consistently strong marking quality – optimal for industrial requirements and continuous operation.
